The Centre for Learning & Development (CLD) provides learning opportunities to the workforce, officers, and faith communities of The Salvation Army, Te Ope Whakaroa. Our purpose is to develop qualities, characteristics, skills, and leadership utilising a number of training styles: in-person workshops onsite, online courses in MS Teams, eLearning courses as well as provide guidance for having development conversations with your team.
We are excited that in 2024 we will partner with various learning agencies to provide innovative, professional, and blended learning.
