The Salvation Army Training College was established in New Zealand in 1913 as the training college for future officers of what is now the New Zealand, Fiji, Tonga and Samoa Territory of The Salvation Army. From that time, hundreds of people have been trained for this calling, firstly at the Aro Valley site in central Wellington; since 1982, at the Trentham site in Upper Hutt; and, in addition, since 1979 at the campus established in Suva, Fiji. In 2002, the Upper Hutt campus was renamed Booth College of Mission (BCM).
BCM, as signatories of The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021 and all amendments, we will ensure that we will meet all requirements of the Code.
